We collect only what we need to sell you things and help you with them. We don’t sell your data, and there’s no mailing list.

What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, what you bought and when, and your country (plus your billing address if tax rules require it).
- Payment details go straight to my payment processor. We see the card type and last four digits, never the full number.
- Your account: your login and password (stored encrypted), and your membership status.
- Downloads: when you download a file, we log the time and your IP address. This helps us spot shared links and fraud.
- Messages you send us by email.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, run your membership, send receipts and account emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the records that tax law requires. We don’t send marketing emails, and we don’t use your data for advertising. (If that ever changes, we’ll ask first.)
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop:
- Stripe processes payments and helps prevent fraud (see Stripe’s privacy policy).
- Pressable stores the website and its database.
- Titan delivers receipts and account emails.
We never sell or rent your data. We’ll only share it with anyone else if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the shop needs to work: one to remember your cart, one to keep you logged in, and the ones Stripe sets at checkout to prevent fraud. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. Download logs are kept for 2 years. Emails are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. We’ll keep only what the law requires us to (such as order records for tax). Email us, and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority, and the legal basis for our use of your data is to fulfil your purchase and meet our legal obligations. If you’re in California, we don’t sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you’ve already given us, we’ll email you.
